1. Create visually appealing and on-brand designs for a variety of projects, including packaging, marketing materials, and digital content.
2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project objectives and develop design solutions that meet business goals.
3. Use industry standard design software to create high-quality graphics and layouts.
4. Assist in the development and execution of creative concepts for new and existing products.
5. Conduct research and gather inspiration to inform design decisions and stay up-to-date on industry trends.
6. Work closely with the marketing team to ensure consistency and alignment of brand messaging and visual identity.
7. Take feedback and incorporate changes to continuously refine and improve designs.
8. Maintain organized and up-to-date files for all design projects.
9. Attend team meetings and provide updates on project progress.
