
Associate Manger, Corporate Quality Assurance Process
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as the Associate Manager of Corporate Quality Assurance Process at JM Smucker. This position requires excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as well as a commitment to excellence. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Quality Assurance or a related field, with at least five years of experience in process improvement and/or quality assurance. Additionally, the successful candidate must have a strong understanding of Lean and Six Sigma methodologies. Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective quality assurance processes to ensure that consistent and high-quality products are delivered.
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the Corporate Quality Assurance Process team.
- Monitor quality assurance processes and ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Analyze and report on quality assurance data and trends.
- Identify process improvement opportunities and recommend solutions.
- Facilitate continuous improvement activities to ensure efficiency and accuracy of processes.
- Train and coach team members on Lean and Six Sigma methodologies.
- Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure quality assurance objectives are met.
- Design and manage quality assurance metrics to measure performance.
- Lead root cause analysis and corrective action initiatives.
