5. Identify process improvement opportunities and recommend solutions.
6. Facilitate continuous improvement activities to ensure efficiency and accuracy of processes.
7. Train and coach team members on Lean and Six Sigma methodologies.
8. Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure quality assurance objectives are met.
9. Design and manage quality assurance metrics to measure performance.
10. Lead root cause analysis and corrective action initiatives.
