Analyst, IS Risk Management

In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing risk management processes and tools to ensure our IT infrastructure is secure and compliant.To be successful in this role, you must have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent experience, as well as at least two years' experience with risk management and IT security. Experience with security assessment tools, information security frameworks, and security technologies is a plus.You must also possess excellent problem-solving skills, a high level of attention to detail, and the ability to work with a wide range of stakeholders. Additionally, you must be able to work independently and collaboratively to meet tight deadlines. Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement risk management processes and tools to ensure IT infrastructure is secure and compliant.
2. Monitor and assess risk management activities, identify potential risks and vulnerabilities, and develop strategies to mitigate those risks.
3. Ensure that risk management processes and activities are compliant with applicable laws and regulations.
4. Evaluate and recommend security assessment tools, information security frameworks, and security technologies.
5. Provide guidance and advice to stakeholders regarding risk management and IT security.
6. Create and maintain documentation related to risk management processes and activities.
7. Monitor industry trends and developments in risk management and IT security and stay up-to-date on best practices.
8. Collaborate with teams across the organization to ensure risk management processes and activities are consistently managed and monitored.
9. Develop and maintain a risk register to track and monitor IT risks.
10. Support the implementation of security controls to prevent and detect security incidents.
