
Administrative Operations and Payroll Coordinator

As an Administrative Operations and Payroll Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth functioning of our operations and accurate processing of payroll. - Process and maintain accurate payroll records for all employees, including new hires, terminations, and changes in employment status
- Collaborate with HR and finance departments to ensure timely and accurate processing of payroll
- Handle all payroll-related inquiries and resolve any discrepancies or issues in a timely manner
- Monitor and maintain compliance with state and federal payroll laws and regulations
- Maintain employee records and ensure confidentiality of sensitive information
- Prepare and distribute payroll reports to management as needed
- Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes for employees, including paperwork and payroll setup
- Coordinate with department managers to ensure accurate and timely submission of employee time cards and attendance records
- Conduct regular audits of payroll data to ensure accuracy and identify any discrepancies
- Provide administrative support to the operations team as needed, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and handling correspondence
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve and streamline payroll and administrative processes
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices related to payroll and administrative operations.
Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration Or Related Field
Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Administrative Operations And Payroll Management
Strong Understanding Of Hr Policies And Procedures, Including Payroll Processing And Employee Benefits
Proficiency In Microsoft Office Suite, Particularly Excel, And Experience With Payroll Software Systems
Excellent Organizational Skills And Attention To Detail, With The Ability To Handle Multiple Tasks Simultaneously
