  1. Maintain the safety and efficiency of all JetBlue Airways flights.
  2. Monitor and analyze technical issues and provide timely and effective resolutions.
  3. Ensure all aircrafts are in compliance with industry regulations and company standards.
  4. Conduct regular inspections and maintenance checks on aircrafts.
  5. Communicate effectively with pilots, flight crew, ground staff, and other team members to address technical issues.
  6. Collaborate with maintenance and engineering teams to develop and implement solutions for technical problems.

  8. Stay updated on industry developments and advancements in aircraft technology.
  9. Provide exceptional customer service and address any technical concerns or inquiries from passengers.

Job Qualifications
  • Strong Technical Knowledge: A Technical Support Controller At Jetblue Airways Must Possess A Thorough Understanding Of Aircraft Systems, Maintenance Procedures, And Troubleshooting Techniques.
