Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Human Resources, Statistics, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Workforce Planning And Analytics, Preferably In The Airline Industry.
Strong Analytical And Data Interpretation Skills, With Proficiency In Statistical Analysis And Data Modeling.
Experience Using Workforce Management Software, Such As Workday Or Kronos.
Excellent Communication And Presentation Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Present Complex Data To Senior Leadership.
