Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Marketing, Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Customer Experience Or Service Industry.
Strong Analytical Skills, Including Experience With Data Analysis And Reporting.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Work Effectively With Cross-Functional Teams.
