- Develop and execute innovative strategies for JetBlue's airport lounges to enhance the overall customer experience.
- Conduct thorough research and analysis of customer needs and industry trends to inform lounge product and strategy decisions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and implementation of lounge strategies across all departments.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of existing lounges and make recommendations for improvements.
- Identify and assess potential new lounge locations and partnerships to expand our lounge network.
- Work closely with the operations team to ensure seamless execution of lounge strategies and initiatives.
- Keep up-to-date with industry developments and competitor offerings to inform and improve our lounge product and strategy.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including airport partners and lounge vendors.
- Create and deliver presentations to senior management to communicate progress, results, and future plans for the lounge product and strategy.
- Stay on top of customer feedback and complaints related to lounges, and work towards addressing and resolving them.
- Act as a subject matter expert on lounge product and strategy, providing guidance and support to other team members.
- Continuously seek out opportunities for improvement and innovation within the lounge experience, and drive their implementation.
- Stay within budget and manage resources effectively to ensure successful execution of lounge strategies.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment within the team and across departments.
Extensive Experience In Product Development And Strategy: The Ideal Candidate Should Have At Least 5 Years Of Experience In A Product Development Or Strategy Role, Preferably In The Airline Industry. They Should Have A Proven Track Record Of Successfully Launching And Managing Products From Ideation To Execution.
Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills: The Senior Analyst Lounge Product & Strategy Should Possess Excellent Analytical Skills And Be Able To Use Data To Identify Opportunities And Make Strategic Decisions. They Should Also Be Able To Think Critically And Creatively To Solve Complex Problems.
Knowledge Of The Airline Industry: A Deep Understanding Of The Airline Industry, Including Current Trends, Competitive Landscape, And Customer Preferences, Is Essential For This Role. The Candidate Must Have Knowledge Of Airport Lounges And Be Able To Identify Opportunities For Improvement And Growth.
Excellent Communication And Collaboration Skills: As A Senior Member Of The Team, The Candidate Must Have Strong Communication Skills To Effectively Communicate Their Ideas And Strategies To Stakeholders At All Levels. They Should Also Be Able To Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams To Achieve Common Goals.
Leadership And Project Management Experience: The Senior Analyst Lounge Product & Strategy Will Be Responsible For Leading And Managing Projects Related To Lounge Product Development And Strategy. Therefore, Previous Experience In A Leadership Role And Project Management Skills Are Crucial For This Position.
