
Senior Analyst Engine Programs

- Develop and implement strategies to optimize and manage aircraft engines to ensure safe and efficient operations.
- Conduct regular analysis and assessments of engine performance to identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement maintenance and repair plans for engines.
- Monitor and track engine maintenance schedules and ensure compliance with industry regulations.
- Identify and troubleshoot any technical issues related to engines and provide timely solutions.
- Conduct cost-benefit analysis and make recommendations for engine upgrades or replacements.
- Stay updated on industry developments and advancements in aircraft engine technology.
- Lead and mentor a team of analysts to ensure a high level of performance and productivity.
- Communicate with stakeholders and senior management to provide updates on engine performance and any potential issues.
- Develop and maintain relationships with engine suppliers and negotiate contracts for engine services.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of engine programs with overall company goals and strategies.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to engine programs.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures related to engine operations.
- Participate in relevant industry conferences and events to stay informed and network with other professionals in the field.
- Act as a subject matter expert on engine programs and provide guidance and support to other team members as needed.
Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Aircraft Engine Program Management, Preferably With A Major Airline Or Aircraft Manufacturer.
Bachelor's Degree In Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Or Related Field.
Strong Understanding Of Aircraft Engine Technology, Including Maintenance And Performance Analysis.
Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing Complex Engine Programs, Including Budget And Schedule Management.
Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Work Collaboratively With Cross-Functional Teams And External Suppliers.
