- Develop and execute the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for JetBlue's loyalty tech platform in alignment with company goals and objectives.
- Conduct market research and analysis to understand customer needs and industry trends, and translate them into product requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including IT, marketing, and customer experience to ensure successful delivery of the loyalty tech platform.
- Define and prioritize features and functionalities based on business value, customer impact, and technical feasibility.
- Work closely with the design team to create user-friendly and visually appealing loyalty program features.
- Monitor and analyze key metrics to measure the performance and impact of the loyalty tech platform, and make data-driven decisions for continuous improvement.
- Manage the product development process from conception to launch, including defining scope, creating timelines, and coordinating with stakeholders.
- Conduct user testing and gather feedback to identify areas for improvement and address any issues or concerns.
- Communicate product updates and progress to internal teams and stakeholders, and gather feedback to inform future development.
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices in loyalty programs and technology, and apply new knowledge and insights to enhance the loyalty tech platform.
- Mentor and guide junior team members to support their growth and development.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and laws related to loyalty programs.
- Collaborate with external partners and vendors to integrate new technologies and features into the loyalty tech platform.
- Continuously monitor and assess the competitive landscape to identify opportunities for differentiation and improvement.
- Represent JetBlue's loyalty tech platform in external events and conferences to showcase its capabilities and drive awareness and adoption.
Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Computer Science, Information Technology, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Software Development, With At Least 3 Years In Product Management Roles.
Strong Understanding Of Loyalty Programs And Customer Loyalty Trends In The Travel Industry.
Proven Track Record Of Successfully Launching And Managing Tech Platforms, Preferably In The Airline Or Travel Industry.
Excellent Communication Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate And Lead Cross-Functional Teams To Achieve Business Goals.
