1. Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of the engineering department to ensure the safe and efficient operation of JetBlue Airways aircrafts.
2. Develop and implement strategic plans and initiatives to continuously improve the quality and efficiency of aircraft maintenance and engineering processes.

12. Handle any emergency situations related to aircraft maintenance and engineering, and make critical decisions to ensure the safety of passengers and crew.
