
Manager Maintenance

- Develop and implement maintenance policies and procedures to ensure compliance with all industry regulations and standards.
- Manage a team of maintenance technicians and support staff, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations.
- Oversee the scheduling and coordination of aircraft maintenance, including routine inspections, repairs, and modifications.
- Monitor and track aircraft maintenance activities to ensure timely completion and minimize aircraft downtime.
- Collaborate with other departments such as flight operations and safety to identify and address any maintenance-related issues.
- Analyze maintenance data and trends to identify areas for improvement and cost-saving opportunities.
- Maintain a safe and organized work environment, ensuring all maintenance procedures and practices are followed.
- Oversee the procurement and inventory management of aircraft parts and supplies.
- Monitor maintenance budgets and expenses, implementing cost-saving measures where possible.
- Stay current with industry developments and advancements in aircraft maintenance technology.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and protocols to maintain the highest standards of safety for our passengers and crew.
- Communicate with regulatory agencies and participate in inspections and audits as needed.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work culture within the maintenance department.
- Act as a liaison between the maintenance department and other departments to ensure smooth operations and timely communication.
- Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders, addressing any maintenance-related concerns or inquiries.
Bachelor's Degree In Aviation Maintenance, Engineering, Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Aircraft Maintenance, Preferably In A Leadership Role.
Strong Knowledge Of Federal Aviation Administration (Faa) Regulations And Industry Standards.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Lead And Motivate A Team.
Prior Experience Managing Budgets, Scheduling, And Overseeing Maintenance Projects.
