  3. Monitor and analyze customer feedback and make necessary adjustments to improve service quality.
  4. Train and onboard new team members on company policies, procedures, and customer service standards.
  5. Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints, providing timely and effective resolutions.
  6. Collaborate with other departments to identify and resolve customer service issues.
  7. Maintain a thorough understanding of company products, services, and policies to effectively assist customers.
  8. Develop and maintain relationships with customers, ensuring their loyalty and promoting positive word-of-mouth.
  9. Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback and coaching to ensure high-quality service delivery.
  10. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in customer service to continually improve processes and procedures.
  11. Create and maintain reports on team performance, customer satisfaction, and key metrics.
  12. Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, and regulations.
  13. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment to promote teamwork and employee satisfaction.
  14. Represent the company in a professional manner at all times, both internally and externally.
  15. Continuously seek opportunities for improvement and innovation in customer service processes and procedures.

Job Qualifications
  • Extensive Experience In Customer Service: A Manager Customer Support At Jetblue Airways Should Have A Strong Background In Customer Service, Preferably In The Airline Industry. This Includes Experience Dealing With Customer Inquiries, Complaints, And Providing Exceptional Customer Support.

  • Knowledge Of Airline Industry And Company Policies: It Is Important For A Manager Customer Support To Have A Good Understanding Of The Airline Industry And Jetblue's Policies And Procedures. This Includes Knowledge Of Flight Schedules, Baggage Policies, Loyalty Programs, And Other Relevant Information That May Impact Customer Support.
