Leads the analysis and design phases of new programs and training initiatives. Leads instructional design consultation discussions, including intake discussions, with Leadership, JBU colleges, SMEs (Subject Matter Experts), project leads, and Business Partners for training needs during all phases of learning solution development. Performs varied analyses to determine performance gaps and job tasks that require instructional intervention. Consults with learning data analytics team to determine measurement strategy and impact of training solutions. Works independently or with peers to design and develop end-to-end training or performance support solutions across multiple platforms. Develops and maintains all aspects of large-scale project plans and project documentation using Workfront. Provides quality assurance on developed content, pending project size, type, and criticality.
