- Conduct in-depth analysis of loyalty program data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze data from various sources, including customer behavior, market trends, and industry benchmarks.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance metrics and communicate insights to stakeholders.
- Proactively identify areas of improvement within the loyalty program and make strategic recommendations to enhance program effectiveness.
- Monitor and analyze customer feedback and behavior to identify potential pain points and propose solutions.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in loyalty programs to continuously improve and innovate our program.
- Work closely with IT and other departments to implement new features and enhancements to the loyalty program.
- Manage the testing and implementation of loyalty program initiatives, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop targeted campaigns and promotions based on data analysis.
- Communicate complex findings and recommendations to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to support the overall success of the loyalty program.
- Identify and troubleshoot any technical issues related to the loyalty program and work with IT to resolve them in a timely manner.
- Conduct regular reviews and audits of loyalty program data to ensure accuracy and integrity.
- Contribute to the development of long-term strategies and goals for the loyalty program.
- Continuously monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of the loyalty program and make adjustments as needed to achieve business objectives.
Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Information Technology, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In A Business Analyst Role, Preferably In The Airline Or Loyalty Industry.
Strong Understanding Of Loyalty Program Concepts, Including Customer Engagement, Retention, And Analytics.
Proficiency In Data Analysis And Reporting Tools, Such As Sql, Tableau, Or Power Bi.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate Effectively With Cross-Functional Teams And Stakeholders.
