  1. Provide technical support to customers and employees through various channels such as phone, email, and in-person interactions.
  2. Troubleshoot and resolve complex IT issues related to hardware, software, and network systems.
  3. Maintain and update IT systems and equipment to ensure optimal performance and functionality.
  4. Collaborate with other IT team members to develop and implement solutions for recurring issues.
  5. Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and advancements to provide innovative solutions to IT problems.
  6. Provide excellent customer service by effectively communicating technical information to non-technical individuals.
  7. Document and track IT support requests, resolutions, and trends to identify areas for improvement.
  8. Train and educate employees on new technology and software to enhance their productivity.
  9. Participate in on-call rotation to provide after-hours support as needed.
  10. Adhere to company policies and procedures related to IT support and security.
  11. Assist with IT projects and initiatives to improve efficiency and effectiveness of IT systems.
  12. Maintain a positive and professional attitude while handling challenging situations.
  13. Collaborate with external vendors and partners to resolve technical issues and implement new systems.
  14. Continuously evaluate and recommend improvements to IT support processes and procedures.
  15. Complete other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the IT leadership team.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Information Technology, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In It Support, Preferably In A Corporate Or Airline Environment.

  • Strong Technical Skills And Knowledge Of Various Operating Systems, Hardware, And Software.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Effectively Communicate With Team Members And End-Users.

  • Ability To Work Independently And In A Fast-Paced, Dynamic Environment, With A Strong Attention To Detail And Problem-Solving Skills.
