- Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of all incident response activities.
- Proactively identify and address potential security gaps or weaknesses in IT systems.
- Participate in on-call rotation for after-hours incident response.
- Continuously strive to increase knowledge and skills in the field of IT security and incident response.
Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Information Technology, Or A Related Field.
At Least 2 Years Of Experience In A Technical Support Or Incident Response Role.
Strong Understanding Of Network Protocols, Operating Systems, And Security Tools.
Knowledge Of Incident Response Frameworks And Methodologies, Such As Nist Or Sans.
Excellent Problem-Solving And Communication Skills, With The Ability To Work Under Pressure And Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams.
