Analyst International Programs
Work with all departments to ensure compliance with international regulations and awareness of industry best practices. Monitor international regulatory and International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO) standard changes and ensure a proper corporate response and compliance. Develop and maintain relationships with foreign regulators and relevant industry groups. Support Commercial Team in any potential new international operations. Provide support and make recommendations to enhance international operations (Pilots, Dispatchers and Leadership). Provide support and recommendations to ensure JetBlue maintains an edge with international operational environmental sustainability standards and best practices. Work with foreign regulators and agencies to incorporate technological and navigational enhancements into the operations into those countries. Company interface for Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) on matters concerning international compliance.
Three (3) years of experience interacting with international regulatory agencies
Experience understanding regulations, standards and how they apply to the operation
Thorough familiarity with foreign cultures and operating practices.
Two (2) years of experience in aviation or airline operations
Familiarity with aeronautical navigation and charting systems and information
