1. Conduct financial analysis and provide insights to support strategic decision-making for the company.
2. Develop and maintain financial models and forecasts to assist in budgeting and planning processes.
3. Analyze and report on key financial metrics and trends to senior management.
4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for cost savings and revenue growth.
5. Utilize business intelligence tools and data to identify patterns and make recommendations for operational improvements.
6. Monitor and track financial performance against goals and provide recommendations for course corrections.
7. Present financial analysis and recommendations to senior management and stakeholders.
8. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in financial planning and business intelligence.
9. Assist in the preparation of financial reports, including monthly, quarterly, and annual statements.
10. Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy of financial planning and analysis.
11. Act as a liaison between finance and other departments to ensure alignment of financial goals and strategies.
12. Adhere to company policies and procedures, as well as regulatory requirements, in all financial analyses and reports.
13. Maintain confidentiality of sensitive financial information.
14. Mentor and train junior analysts, as needed.
15. Continuously strive for excellence in all financial planning and business intelligence efforts to contribute to the overall success of the company.
