- Conduct thorough analysis of current operational processes and identify areas for improvement.

- Monitor and track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to airline operations and identify trends and patterns.
- Utilize data analysis tools and techniques to identify operational inefficiencies and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Conduct research and stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in airline operations.
- Prepare and present reports and presentations on operational performance and recommendations for improvement.
- Work closely with the operations team to ensure efficient and effective implementation of optimization strategies.
- Identify and resolve operational issues and challenges in a timely manner.
- Communicate and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization to ensure alignment and buy-in for operational changes.
- Maintain a strong understanding of JetBlue's brand, values, and customer experience goals.
- Continuously seek opportunities to improve and enhance the overall travel experience for JetBlue customers.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies.
- Represent JetBlue in a professional and positive manner at all times.
Bachelor's Degree In Aviation Management, Operations Research, Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 3 Years Experience In Airline Operations, Preferably With A Focus On Optimization And Efficiency.
Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Interpret And Present Complex Data.
Proficiency In Industry-Specific Software And Systems, Such As Sabre, Amadeus, Or Lufthansa Systems.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Communicate Findings To Senior Management.
