The Visual Stylist should have a strong understanding of current fashion trends and an ability to creatively bring them to life.To be successful in this role, you should have a minimum of two years' experience in visual merchandising and ideally, a fashion-related degree. You must have a demonstrated ability to create visually appealing displays that accurately reflect the brand’s identity. Responsibilities:
- Create visually appealing and effective visual merchandising displays that accurately reflect the brand’s identity.
- Utilize current fashion trends to create engaging and creative displays.
- Ensure that all visual displays are accurately set up and maintained.
- Ensure that all products are correctly priced and labeled.
- Train and coach staff on visual merchandising techniques.
- Maintain store appearance and ensure that merchandise is well-stocked and organized.
- Monitor sales and adjust displays when necessary.
- Develop new visual merchandising ideas and strategies.
- Gather customer feedback and suggest improvements to visual displays.
- Follow company guidelines and health and safety regulations.
