1. Manage and oversee the daily operations of the store, including but not limited to sales, inventory management, and staff scheduling.
2. Drive sales and profitability by implementing effective strategies and tactics.
3. Create and maintain a positive and engaging work environment for the team.
4. Hire, train, and develop a high-performing team of sales associates.
5. Ensure that the store is fully stocked and visually appealing at all times.
6. Monitor and analyze sales and customer service data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
7. Foster a culture of exceptional customer service and ensure that all customers receive a positive and memorable shopping experience.
8. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competition in order to make informed decisions and drive business growth.
9. Implement and enforce company policies and procedures related to store operations, inventory management, and customer service.
10. Oversee and manage store budgets, including expenses and payroll, to ensure financial targets are met.
11. Collaborate with the regional and corporate teams to achieve company-wide goals and objectives.
12. Resolve any customer and employee complaints or issues in a timely and professional manner.
13. Maintain a high level of product knowledge and ensure the team is trained to provide accurate and helpful product information to customers.
14. Conduct regular performance evaluations for the team and provide coaching and feedback for improvement.
15. Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations and company standards.
16. Other duties as assigned by the regional or corporate management team.
