  1. Lead and manage the daily operations of the store, ensuring a smooth and efficient operation.
  2. Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and achieve targets.
  3. Foster a positive and customer-centric culture within the store.
  4. Train, develop, and motivate a team of sales associates to provide exceptional customer service and achieve sales goals.
  5. Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay up-to-date with industry trends.
  6. Monitor and analyze sales performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions.
  7. Create and maintain a visually appealing and attractive store layout to enhance the customer shopping experience.
  8. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as health and safety regulations.
  9. Manage inventory levels and conduct regular stock checks to ensure availability of products.
  10. Handle customer complaints and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  11. Collaborate with other store managers and head office to share best practices and achieve company goals.
  12. Stay informed of competitors' activities and make recommendations to stay competitive.
  13. Prepare and present regular performance reports to higher management.
  14. Continuously strive to uphold the company's brand image and values.
  15. Act as a brand ambassador, promoting JD Sports and its products within the community.

Job Qualifications
