  1. Manage and oversee all aspects of the store operations, including sales, customer service, inventory management, and staff performance.
  2. Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and achieve store targets.
  3. Hire, train, and supervise a team of sales associates to ensure they provide excellent customer service and represent the brand effectively.
  4. Create and maintain a positive and inclusive work environment to motivate and engage the team.
  5. Monitor and analyze sales reports to identify trends and make data-driven decisions to improve store performance.
  6. Ensure the store is visually appealing and well-stocked at all times by coordinating with the merchandising team and maintaining inventory levels.
  7. Implement and enforce company policies and procedures to maintain a high level of operational efficiency and compliance.
  8. Foster strong relationships with customers by providing exceptional service and addressing any concerns or issues promptly.
  9. Collaborate with other store managers and the corporate office to share best practices and contribute to the company's overall success.
  10. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to make informed business decisions.
  11. Manage the store's budget and expenses to ensure profitability and cost-effectiveness.
  12. Promote a culture of continuous improvement by identifying opportunities for growth and development within the store and implementing training programs for staff.
  13. Ensure all safety and security measures are followed to protect employees, customers, and company assets.
  14. Represent the brand by being knowledgeable about product offerings and communicating the brand's values and mission to customers and the team.

Job Qualifications
  • Strong Leadership Skills: Store Managers At Jd Sports Should Have Experience Managing A Team And Leading Them To Achieve Sales Targets And Provide Excellent Customer Service.
