- Unpack and organize new shipments of merchandise, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Conduct regular inventory checks to ensure stock levels are accurate and identify any discrepancies.
- Restock shelves and displays in a timely manner to ensure products are always available for customers.
- Maintain a clean and organized stock room and backroom area.
- Assist with visual merchandising by ensuring products are displayed according to company standards.
- Communicate with management and other team members regarding stock levels and any issues or concerns.
- Utilize company technology and systems to track and locate products in the stock room.
- Assist customers with locating products and provide excellent customer service.
- Monitor and report any damages or defects in products.
- Follow safety and security protocols to ensure the protection of merchandise and the store.
- Provide support to other areas of the store as needed, such as the sales floor or cashiering.
- Stay up-to-date on current and upcoming product releases and promotions.
