1. Organize and maintain the stock room to ensure efficient and accurate inventory management.
2. Receive and process incoming merchandise, ensuring accuracy and completeness of orders.
3. Label and tag merchandise according to company standards.
4. Keep track of inventory levels and notify management of any low stock or overstock situations.
5. Restock merchandise on the sales floor in a timely manner.
6. Ensure all merchandise is properly displayed and priced on the sales floor.
7. Assist with setting up and taking down promotional displays and signage.
8. Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
9. Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers with locating merchandise and answering any questions.
10. Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth store operations.
11. Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including safety and security protocols.
12. Continuously learn about new products and promotions to accurately assist customers.
13. Participate in periodic stock counts and assist with inventory audits.
14. Communicate effectively with team members and management to ensure any issues or concerns are addressed promptly.
15. Demonstrate a positive attitude and strong work ethic while representing the company.
