1. Receive and process incoming merchandise, ensuring accuracy and timely placement on the sales floor.
2. Maintain inventory levels by regularly monitoring stock levels and communicating with management to restock as needed.
3. Organize and arrange merchandise on the sales floor to maintain an attractive and visually appealing environment for customers.
4. Ensure all merchandise is properly labeled and tagged with accurate pricing information.
5. Conduct regular inventory counts and report any discrepancies to management.
6. Assist with receiving and processing online orders, ensuring timely and accurate fulfillment.
7. Collaborate with sales associates to fulfill customer requests and locate specific merchandise.
8. Communicate with management regarding any damaged or defective merchandise.
9. Follow company safety and security procedures to protect merchandise and store assets.
10. Participate in store set-ups and visual merchandising changes to ensure efficient and effective stock placement.
11. Maintain a clean and organized stockroom, adhering to company standards and procedures.
12. Assist with customer service inquiries and provide excellent customer service.
13. Adhere to company policies and procedures to maintain a positive and professional work environment.
14. Continuously seek ways to improve stock processes and procedures to increase efficiency and productivity.
15. Attend and actively participate in team meetings and training sessions.
