1. Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy to increase brand awareness and engagement
2. Create, curate, and manage appealing and engaging content for all social media channels
3. Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics to optimize campaigns and adjust strategies accordingly
4. Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to ensure the brand remains competitive
5. Collaborate with other departments to ensure social media campaigns are integrated with other marketing and promotional efforts
6. Build relationships with influencers and other industry leaders to increase the brand’s reach
7. Respond to customer inquiries and questions in a timely manner
8. Remain up-to-date with the latest social media trends and best practices
