8. Handle customer complaints and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner.
9. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as health and safety regulations.
10. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities to make informed decisions and stay ahead in the market.
11. Conduct performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to staff to improve their performance.
12. Prepare and analyze sales reports to identify areas of improvement and implement action plans.
13. Manage and control operating expenses to meet budget targets.
