Retail Sales Associate

We’re looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Retail Sales Associate to join our team at JD Sports! As a Retail Sales Associate, you’ll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our customers and ensuring that the store is kept clean, organized, and up to date with the latest products. You’ll also be involved in sales, merchandising, and store operations. To be successful in this role, you should have excellent communication skills, a friendly and personable attitude, and the ability to solve customer inquiries effectively. Responsibilities: • Provide exceptional customer service to customers • Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and up-to-date product selections • Participate in sales, merchandising, and store operations • Answer customer inquiries and resolve any issues • Upsell products as appropriate • Assist with restocking and inventory management • Ensure all store policies and procedures are followed • Build and maintain relationships with customers • Maintain a high level of product knowledge and understanding of JD Sports products • Handle cash registers and other point-of-sale systems
