Retail Sales Associate

We are looking for a passionate and knowledgeable Retail Sales Associate to join our team at JD Sports!As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be a valuable part of the customer experience by offering advice and guidance when needed, as well as providing excellent customer service. You will help customers find the right products to suit their needs and be comfortable upselling and converting sales.To be successful in this role, you will need to be highly motivated and have a passion for retail. You should have excellent communication and customer service skills, as well as a good level of IT literacy. Responsibilities:

-Provide excellent customer service to customers

-Offer advice and guidance when needed -Be knowledgeable about the products and services offered by JD Sports -Upsell and convert sales -Keep up-to-date on current promotions and campaigns -Maintain a high level of cleanliness and organization in the store -Process customer transactions using the point of sale system -Maintain a professional and friendly attitude at all times -Assist with merchandising and inventory management -Perform cashier duties when needed -Follow established safety and security procedures
