Retail Sales Associate

We’re looking for a motivated Retail Sales Associate to join JD Sports and provide exceptional customer service in our stores. As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be an integral part of our retail team, helping to create a memorable shopping experience for our customers and ensuring that each customer leaves our store completely satisfied. To be successful in this role, you should be an excellent communicator, able to build relationships with customers and have a passion for sales.Required Qualifications:• Proven work experience as a Retail Sales Associate, Sales Representative or similar role• Good understanding of the retail sales process• Excellent communication and customer service skills• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment• High school degree; BS degree in Business Administration or related field is a plus

7. Assist in setting up displays and maintaining store aesthetics.
8. Ensure store policies and procedures are followed.
9. Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
10. Adhere to all safety regulations.
