JD Sports is looking for a Retail Sales Associate to join our team in providing excellent customer service and maintaining an enjoyable shopping experience for our customers. We are looking for an individual with passion, enthusiasm and a great attitude that can apply their knowledge of product and service to help customers find the perfect items.The ideal candidate should possess strong interpersonal skills, a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service and a passion for the sports and fashion industry. They should have a friendly and inviting demeanor, excellent communication and problem solving skills, and the ability to accurately process sales transactions. 2. Assist customers with finding the perfect items
3. Provide assistance and advice on product selection
4. Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
5. Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions in a timely manner
6. Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently
7. Maintain a clean and organized store environment
8. Stay up to date on product knowledge and industry trends
9. Monitor stock levels and ensure shelves are stocked with merchandise
10. Perform opening and closing duties as necessary
