As a Learning & Development Partner, you will play a crucial role in empowering our employees to reach their full potential and contribute to our company's success. We are looking for a passionate and experienced individual who can design and deliver innovative training programs that align with our business goals.   1. Develop and implement comprehensive training programs that align with business goals and objectives.
  2. Identify and assess training needs for employees at all levels of the organization.
  3. Collaborate with various departments to understand their specific training needs and create specialized programs.
  4. Design and deliver engaging and interactive training sessions, workshops, and e-learning courses.
  5. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs to ensure continuous improvement.
  6. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in learning and development to incorporate into training programs.
  7. Partner with HR and management to create career development plans for employees.
  8. Act as a coach and mentor to employees, providing guidance and support in their professional development.
  9. Collaborate with external vendors and subject matter experts to enhance training programs.
  10. Create and maintain training materials, resources, and tools to support ongoing learning and development.
  11. Conduct regular training needs assessments and make recommendations for improvement.
  12. Analyze training data and metrics to measure the impact and effectiveness of training programs.
  13. Assist in the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring a smooth and effective transition.
  14. Foster a positive learning culture and promote continuous learning and development within the organization.
  15. Collaborate with managers to identify high-potential employees and provide them with opportunities for growth and development.
  16. Communicate and promote training initiatives and opportunities to employees.
  17. Develop and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure training programs meet their needs.
  18. Manage the learning and development budget and ensure cost-effective training solutions.
  19. Keep accurate records of training activities, attendance, and feedback.
  20. Continuously seek feedback and make improvements to training programs based on employee and manager feedback.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Organizational Development, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Learning & Development, Preferably In The Retail Industry.

  • Strong Understanding Of Training And Development Principles, As Well As Adult Learning Theory.

  • Proven Experience In Creating And Implementing Effective Training Programs For A Retail Workforce.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build Relationships And Collaborate With Various Levels Of Stakeholders.
