- Collaborate with retail leaders to assess training needs and identify learning gaps within the organization.
- Design and implement effective training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of retail employees.
- Continuously review and update training materials to ensure relevance and effectiveness.
- Act as a subject matter expert in retail and provide guidance and support to retail leaders and employees.
- Promote a culture of continuous learning and development within the organization.
- Provide coaching and mentoring to employees to help them achieve their career goals.
- Develop and maintain relationships with external training providers and vendors.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary adjustments to improve outcomes.

- Participate in the recruitment and onboarding of new retail employees, providing training and support as needed.
- Act as a brand ambassador for JD Sports and actively promote the company's values and culture.
