
Learning & Development Partner - Retail

- Develop and implement a comprehensive learning and development strategy for the retail division of JD Sports.
- Create engaging and effective training programs that align with the company's goals and objectives.
- Conduct needs assessments to identify learning and development gaps and address them with targeted solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the training programs are relevant and current.
- Continuously evaluate and improve the effectiveness of training programs through feedback and metrics.
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in retail and learning and development.
- Mentor and coach employees at all levels to support their growth and development.
- Partner with HR and management to identify high-potential employees and create individualized development plans.
- Support the onboarding process for new hires by providing training and resources.
- Identify and recommend external training and development opportunities for employees.
- Develop and maintain relationships with external vendors and training providers.
- Manage the learning and development budget and ensure resources are used effectively.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on learning and development for the retail division.
- Analyze and report on the impact of learning and development initiatives on employee performance and business results.
- Foster a culture of continuous learning and development within the organization.
Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Organizational Development, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Learning & Development, Preferably In A Retail Environment.
Strong Understanding Of Adult Learning Principles And Instructional Design Techniques.
Experience In Developing And Implementing Training Programs To Support The Growth And Development Of Retail Employees.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build Relationships With Stakeholders At All Levels Of The Organization.
