Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Learning & Development Partner to join our team and help us drive our learning and development initiatives forward. As our L&D Partner, you will play a crucial role in identifying, designing and implementing training programs that will equip our employees with the skills and knowledge they need to thrive in their roles.   1. Identify training needs: Conduct thorough assessments to identify skill gaps and training needs within the organization.
  2. Design training programs: Utilize your expertise and knowledge to design and develop innovative training programs that align with the organization's goals and objectives.
  3. Implement training initiatives: Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure successful implementation of training programs and initiatives.
  4. Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness: Regularly evaluate and assess the impact of training programs on employee performance and make necessary adjustments to continuously improve their effectiveness.
  5. Stay updated on industry trends: Keep up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in learning and development within the retail industry, and incorporate them into our programs.
  6. Partner with managers and leaders: Work closely with managers and leaders to identify training needs and provide support in developing their teams.
  7. Facilitate training sessions: Conduct engaging and interactive training sessions to deliver content effectively and ensure participants' understanding and retention.
  8. Provide coaching and feedback: Offer coaching and constructive feedback to employees to support their development and growth.
  9. Manage training logistics: Coordinate and manage all logistics related to training, such as scheduling, communication, and resources.
  10. Foster a culture of learning: Promote a culture of continuous learning and development across the organization by encouraging employees to take ownership of their development plans and providing resources and support.
  11. Collaborate with external partners: Build and maintain relationships with external training providers to bring in relevant and high-quality training opportunities.
  12. Ensure compliance: Ensure all training programs meet legal and regulatory requirements and align with company policies and procedures.
  13. Maintain training records: Manage and maintain accurate records of training activities, attendance, and evaluations.
  14. Act as a learning and development advocate: Serve as a role model for learning and development and promote the value and importance of continuous learning within the organization.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Training And Development, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In A Learning & Development Role, Preferably In The Retail Industry.

  • Strong Understanding Of Retail Operations And Industry Trends.

  • Experience In Designing And Implementing Training Programs, Including E-Learning And Blended Learning Solutions.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build Relationships And Collaborate With Various Levels Of Employees And Stakeholders.
