  1. Oversee the daily operations of the store and ensure that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  2. Lead and motivate a team of sales associates to deliver exceptional customer service.
  3. Train and develop new and existing team members to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in their roles.
  4. Monitor sales performance and take proactive measures to drive sales and achieve targets.
  5. Maintain a high level of store presentation and visual merchandising standards.
  6. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  7. Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
  8. Collaborate with other supervisors and store management to implement strategies for improving store performance.
  9. Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment.
  10. Conduct regular staff meetings to communicate updates, provide feedback, and address any issues or concerns.
  11. Maintain a thorough understanding of the company's products and services to effectively assist customers.
  12. Uphold and promote a positive and inclusive work culture.
  13. Delegate tasks and responsibilities to team members accordingly.

  18. Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the customer experience and increase efficiency.
  19. Assist with recruiting, hiring, and onboarding new team members.

Job Qualifications
  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In A Supervisory Or Management Role Within The Retail Industry, Preferably In A Sports Apparel Or Footwear Setting.

  • Strong Leadership Skills And The Ability To Effectively Manage And Motivate A Team Of Employees.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Interact With Customers And Resolve Any Issues That May Arise.
