- Oversee the daily operations of the JD Sports store, including supervising and supporting sales associates, ensuring store cleanliness and organization, and managing inventory levels.
- Lead by example and provide exceptional customer service by engaging with customers, addressing any concerns or issues, and ensuring a positive shopping experience.
- Train and develop sales associates on company policies, products, and sales techniques to ensure consistent and knowledgeable service to customers.
