1. Lead and motivate a team of sales associates to ensure excellent customer service is provided at all times.
2. Train and develop team members on product knowledge, sales techniques, and company policies and procedures.
3. Monitor and analyze sales data to identify opportunities for improvement and develop strategies to increase sales.
4. Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay up-to-date on current trends and styles in the sports fashion industry.
5. Ensure all merchandise is properly displayed and stocked on the sales floor according to company standards.
6. Communicate effectively with store management and other team members to ensure smooth operations and a positive work environment.
7. Create and maintain a welcoming and inclusive atmosphere for customers and employees.
8. Handle customer complaints and inquiries with professionalism and find appropriate solutions.
9. Uphold company policies and procedures, including but not limited to loss prevention, inventory management, and cash handling.
10. Assist in scheduling and supervising team members to ensure adequate staffing levels and coverage.
11. Collaborate with management to set and achieve sales goals and targets.
12. Lead by example in providing exceptional customer service and promoting a positive and professional work environment.
