- Lead and manage a team of sales associates to achieve set sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.
- Create and maintain a positive and motivating work environment for all team members.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and increase store profitability.
- Ensure the store meets all operational and visual merchandising standards set by the company.
- Train and develop team members on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service skills.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, identify areas for improvement and take necessary actions to achieve targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to increase brand loyalty and drive repeat business.
- Ensure all store policies and procedures are followed, including inventory management, cash handling, and loss prevention.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback and coaching to team members to promote growth and development.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to make informed business decisions.
- Collaborate with other store managers and head office to share best practices and drive company-wide initiatives.
- Create and execute marketing and promotional strategies to attract new customers and retain existing ones.
- Act as a brand ambassador for JD Sports, representing the company's values and promoting its image and reputation.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Ensure all health and safety regulations are followed to provide a safe and comfortable shopping experience for customers and employees.
Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Retail Management, Or Related Field.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Interact With Customers And Employees At All Levels.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Retail Management, Preferably In The Sports Apparel Industry.
Demonstrated Leadership Skills And Experience Managing A Team.
Strong Understanding Of Retail Operations, Including Inventory Management, Sales Forecasting, And Customer Service.
