1. Greet and welcome customers to JD Sports with a positive and friendly attitude.
2. Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers with their shopping needs and inquiries.
3. Maintain a high level of knowledge about the products and brands sold at JD Sports.
4. Assist in maintaining a clean and organized store environment.
5. Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently using the store's POS system.
