13. Communicate effectively with team members and management to ensure a smooth and efficient store operation.
14. Continuously seek opportunities to improve processes and procedures for enhanced customer experience and store efficiency.

16. Adhere to all safety and security protocols to ensure the well-being of customers and staff.
17. Attend and participate in team meetings and contribute ideas and insights for store improvement.
