- Ensure the store is visually appealing and all merchandise is properly displayed and stocked.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently using the store's POS system.
- Uphold company policies and procedures, including but not limited to, loss prevention measures, cash handling procedures, and store cleanliness standards.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
- Continuously seek opportunities to learn and grow within the company, including attending training sessions and staying updated on industry trends.
- Proactively communicate with management regarding customer feedback, inventory levels, and any issues or concerns.
- Assist with store operations, such as receiving and unpacking shipments, organizing merchandise, and maintaining back stock areas.
- Contribute to a positive and inclusive work environment by fostering teamwork, respect, and open communication.
- Adhere to all safety and security protocols to ensure the well-being of customers, team members, and store assets.
- Represent the JD brand and values in a professional and enthusiastic manner at all times.
A Juris Doctor (Jd) Degree From An Accredited Law School.
At Least 2-3 Years Of Experience Working In A Law Firm, Preferably Specializing In Employment Or Labor Law.
Strong Research And Writing Skills, With The Ability To Draft And Review Legal Documents.
A Thorough Understanding Of Relevant Laws And Regulations, Including Employment Laws, Contract Laws, And Workplace Safety Regulations.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Communicate With Clients, Colleagues, And Other Stakeholders.
