1. Assist the Store Manager in all aspects of store operations, including but not limited to sales, inventory management, visual merchandising, and customer service.
2. Lead and motivate a team of employees to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
3. Develop and maintain a positive and inclusive work environment for all team members.
4. Train and coach team members on product knowledge, sales techniques, and company policies and procedures.
5. Ensure that the store is always properly stocked and merchandise is displayed according to company standards.
6. Monitor and analyze sales performance to identify areas of improvement and implement strategies to drive sales.
7. Collaborate with the Store Manager to create and implement effective marketing and promotional strategies to attract and retain customers.
8. Maintain a high level of visual merchandising standards and ensure that the store is always clean and well-maintained.
9. Assist in conducting employee performance evaluations and providing feedback for improvement.
10. Handle customer complaints and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner.
11. Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in sports fashion and provide feedback to the Store Manager on customer preferences and market trends.
12. Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including but not limited to inventory control, cash handling, and safety protocols.
13. Assist in scheduling and managing employee shifts to ensure adequate coverage at all times.
14. Communicate effectively with the Store Manager and other team members to ensure smooth and efficient store operations.
15. Continuously strive to meet and exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the store.
