1. Assist the Store Manager in overseeing daily operations and ensuring the store runs smoothly and efficiently.
2. Provide excellent customer service by greeting and assisting customers in a friendly and professional manner.
3. Train and develop a team of sales associates to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve sales targets.
4. Monitor and analyze sales and performance metrics to identify areas of improvement and implement strategies to increase sales.
5. Collaborate with the Store Manager to create and execute sales and marketing plans to attract and retain customers.
6. Maintain a visually appealing and well-stocked store by regularly replenishing merchandise and ensuring proper display and organization.
7. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as health and safety regulations.
8. Handle and resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and satisfactory manner.
9. Assist in managing inventory levels and conducting regular inventory counts and audits.
10. Participate in recruitment, hiring, and training of new team members.
11. Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback and coaching to team members to improve their performance.
12. Collaborate with the Store Manager to set and achieve sales targets and goals.
13. Proactively identify and implement process improvements to enhance store operations and increase efficiency.
14. Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately and in accordance with company policies.
15. Act as a role model for the team by exhibiting professionalism, integrity, and a strong work ethic.
