1. Assist the Store Manager in daily operations and management of the store.

3. Collaborate with the Store Manager to create and implement strategies to drive sales and achieve store goals.
4. Monitor and analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement and make recommendations to increase profitability.
5. Ensure the store is properly stocked and merchandised according to company standards.
6. Supervise and delegate tasks to team members to ensure efficient and effective store operations.
7. Act as a role model for the team by demonstrating exceptional customer service and product knowledge.
8. Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
9. Assist in creating and maintaining a positive and welcoming store environment.
10. Maintain strong communication with the Store Manager and provide regular updates on store performance, team performance, and customer feedback.
11. Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including those pertaining to inventory management, loss prevention, and safety.
12. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activities to make informed business decisions.
13. Support the Store Manager in recruiting, hiring, and training new team members.
14. Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback and coaching to team members.
15. Take on additional responsibilities and projects as needed to contribute to the overall success of the store.
