Retail Management Experience: Candidates Should Have At Least 2-3 Years Of Experience In A Retail Management Role, Preferably Within The Sports Or Athletic Wear Industry.
Strong Leadership Skills: The Assistant Store Manager Will Be Responsible For Overseeing A Team Of Sales Associates And Ensuring That They Are Meeting Sales Goals, So Candidates Should Have Strong Leadership Skills And Be Able To Motivate And Mentor Team Members Effectively.
