  2. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely and efficient manner to minimize downtime and ensure smooth operations.
  3. Train and educate retail store employees on how to use and troubleshoot IT systems.
  4. Collaborate with IT team members to implement new systems and upgrades in retail stores.
  5. Monitor and maintain IT systems in retail stores to ensure optimal performance and security.
  6. Serve as the main point of contact for retail store employees for all IT-related inquiries and issues.
  7. Keep up-to-date with the latest technology trends and innovations to continuously improve and enhance IT systems in retail stores.
  8. Create and maintain documentation for IT systems and processes in retail stores.
  9. Communicate effectively with retail store managers and other stakeholders to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions.
  10. Maintain a customer-centric approach and provide exceptional customer service to retail store employees.
  11. Prioritize and manage multiple tasks and projects in a fast-paced environment.
  12. Proactively identify and address potential IT issues before they arise.
  13. Adhere to company policies and procedures, including security protocols, when handling sensitive information.
  14. Collaborate with other departments, such as the IT help desk and operations, to ensure a seamless IT support experience for retail stores.
  15. Continuously seek opportunities to improve IT systems and processes in retail stores to enhance efficiency and productivity.
