Job Description

As an E-commerce Specialist with JD Sports, you will play an integral role in helping us to continue our success in our growing online presence. Our ideal candidate is an experienced, organized, and detail-oriented individual with an eye for merchandising and a passion for digital marketing. The successful candidate must have a strong understanding of current e-commerce trends, the ability to analyze data, and a creative approach to problem solving. Responsibilities:

  • Develop strategies to increase online sales and website traffic
  • Monitor and analyze e-commerce trends, customer behaviors, and data to identify opportunities for improvement
  • Manage online merchandising, product launches, and product promotions
  • Develop new ideas and processes to optimize e-commerce strategies
  • Implement digital marketing campaigns to drive online sales and website traffic
  • Track and monitor e-commerce KPIs, including website performance, sales, order volume, and customer engagement
  • Monitor competitors’ e-commerce activities and identify areas of opportunity
  • Generate monthly reports to showcase e-commerce performance and provide strategic recommendations
  • Collaborate with creative and marketing teams to ensure e-commerce campaigns are effective and on-brand
